  • To motivate and educate women to achieve healthy, fit bodies inside and outside
  • To provide short, timely articles on health and fitness for women both educational and humorous whenever possible.
  • To answer your letters, emails and questions on health and fitness related topics

Qualifications

  • Kayla Goldwag has a passion for health and fitness.
  • She’s currently Certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as both a Primary Group Fitness Instructor and as a Personal Fitness Trainer.  She also has L1 certification in TRX Supension Training.
