  • Kayla Goldwag has a passion for health and fitness.
  • She’s currently Certified with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as both a Primary Group Fitness Instructor and as a Personal Fitness Trainer.  She also has certification in TRX Supension Training, Yoga Instruction, and special training and education in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Fitness for Women in Mid-life.
